This amazing tour of Discovery thru Salta combines beautiful landscapes with the possibility of enjoying the culture and customs of its inhabitants.

We will visit the city of Salta and later we’ll take the ‘’NUBES (Clouds)’’ circuit, which includes San Antonio de los Cobres, the legendary route 40, the amazing Salinas Grandes until we reach Purmamarca in the valley of la Quebrada de Humahuaca.

We’ll also have the option to visit the town of Cachi y and a typical vineyard.

Salta - Airport Salta

We welcome you at the Salta Airport and transfer to our accommodation. The rest of the day will be free for us to discover this particular city.

San Antonio de los Cobres y Salinas Grandes

We depart early on our way to Campo Quijano, going thru the Quebrada Del Toro, and the finally arriving to the pre Hispanic city of Rosa de Tastil with its legendary ruins. Our trip continues to San Antonio de los Cobres, a typical town located at 4000 meters high. Later, thru el Paso de Jama we will be able to appreciate the “Salinas Grandes”; then descending over the path of the Lipan, we’ll make a stop at the town of Pumamarca and its famous Mount of the ‘Los Siete Colores’. Later we arrive to our lodge at the painteresque town of Tilcara.

Excursions (optional) to the Valleys Calchaquíes, Cachi, Cafayate or Salta wine yards

Alter breakfast we’ll be able to choose between several optional activities such as horse ride, which will take us to the view points of the Lipán and the hills of the la Quebrada. We can also visit Cachi, a lovely pre-Columbian village surrounded by one of the highest mountain ranges of America: los Nevados de Cachi. On our way we’ll stop at Molinos, Seclantas, Angastaco and Animaná.
